**Can I change plans later?**

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Any credits from your current plan will be applied to your new plan.

**Are there any per-minute charges?**

No! All our plans include unlimited calling to US and Canadian numbers. Outbound SMS is available on Pro and Scale plans. International calls are billed at competitive per-minute rates.

**How many team members can I add?**

Basic includes 2 users, Pro includes 1 user, and Scale includes 1 user. Additional users can be added to Pro and Scale plans at $18/month per user (or $15/month on annual billing).

**Can I keep my existing phone number?**

Yes! You can port your existing business number to Phone2 at no additional cost. The porting process typically takes 1-2 weeks for landlines and 1-2 days for mobile numbers.

**What payment methods do you accept?**

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can invoice Enterprise customers with annual billing. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

**Is there a discount for annual billing?**

Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save up to 30% compared to monthly billing. That's significant savings every year for the same great features.
