## Zapier integration

Phone2 publishes an official Zapier app that connects your business phone system to 8,000+ apps. The integration is included on every Phone2 plan (Basic, Pro, and Max) at no extra cost. A Zapier account is required separately; Zapier's free plan handles single-step Zaps and paid Zapier plans unlock multi-step workflows. A Make.com module with the same triggers and actions is also published.

Setup: Log in to Zapier, search for "Phone2" in the app directory, and connect using the Phone2 API key found under Account Settings → Developer. Once connected, all triggers and actions below are available in any Zap.

Authentication: Per-account API key, revocable at any time from Phone2 settings. All data flows over HTTPS. Zapier does not store Phone2 credentials beyond the encrypted connection record.
